天氣開始轉涼,正是打邊爐的時候!中港台日韓瑞士火鍋經常吃,就是沒試過越式!今晚最於有機會一試新餐廳位於一商業大廈的二樓,旁邊是同一集團的中式點心店裝修風格充滿越南特式,感覺置身小法國一樣,暫時未能去旅行就在這感受一下異國風情牙車快即雞絲沙律!味道清甜開胃,作飯前沙律十分適合越式手拉蒸粉卷皮薄香滑,餡料豐富,味道清爽不膩主角牛肉酸鍋除了牛肉外還有蜆、菜、香葉及菠蘿片!蜆已經做了吐沙工序,十分細心!配有米紙可包著各配料一起吃!由於湯底味非常濃,基本上不用沾醬汁美食當然要配美酒,紅白酒只項$19一杯無論如何也要留肚吃越式甜品!椰汁斑蘭西米糕口感清甜軟滑,同時品嚐到椰香及斑蘭葉的芳香桂圓黑糯米可選凍或熱食!口感軟Q、健脾暖肝越南滴咖啡在先熱後冷的交替作用下散發最極致的風味熱龍眼水,甜度剛好,養心安神
