首先,重慶麻辣湯底味道非常出色,麻辣十足但不會發苦,越吃越上癮。菜式方面也很有特色,方叔叔推薦的菜品大多值得一試。另外,所有菜式都可以選擇半份,可以嘗試多種菜品。 首先必須推薦的是毛肚。肚片爽口彈牙與麻辣湯底絕配。另一必食菜色是功夫萵筍片,30秒的淥熟,非常清脆。 武隆苕粉粉條軟糯可口,另外,滷製入味的豬手和嫩滑的牛肉同樣值得一試,肉質鮮嫩,配上麻辣湯底,讓人回味無窮。 最後,絕不能錯過的是招牌甜品 - 紅糖糍粑。外殼酥脆,內餡紅糖清甜。 整個用餐過程,服務周到,環境舒適,這家火鍋店無疑是重慶美食的最佳代表,值得一訪
