📍初嚐關西風壽喜燒!呢間餐廳主打香港少有嘅關西風壽喜燒,入到去已經聞到好香濃嘅壽喜燒汁味。有3款定食套餐可以揀,我哋揀咗特選肩胛壽喜燒套餐($238)同極上肉眼壽喜燒套餐($288),兩款都會各有180g嘅十勝產A4和牛、前菜、野菜、蘭王蛋、讚岐烏冬或白飯。第一次食會有店員幫手教我哋燒,會先將碟上嘅牛脂係爐度燒一燒香,再加少少壽喜燒汁沸騰個爐,然後再放和牛落去。食之前蘸上撈勻嘅蘭王生雞蛋,味道比以往食過嘅壽喜燒更加濃郁!其中和牛肉眼嘅油花均勻,入口即融,關西風食法更加食得出肉嘅鮮甜味。食完一轉牛就開始食菜同烏冬~食到太濃味嘅話,餐廳仲有自家製嘅昆布汁可以落,最後仲會有蕨餅做甜品~食完個餐比想像中好飽。
