To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前聽朋友介紹過雲桂香嘅雲南米線唔錯， 難得星期六放半日，又喺葵芳附近放工，一個人嚟到呢度試下，入到鋪頭嘅感覺幾舒服 地方夠大座位夠闊落，就算爆場都唔會坐得好迫。睇睇餐牌有幾款湯底選擇，仲有涼拌同熱拌，餸菜都有接近40款選擇，今次叫咗個小鍋米線加魚腐、紫菜、竹笙，辣度選擇咗小辣，米線配有芽菜、酸菜、韭菜、蔥，個酸辣湯底真係唔錯，又酸又辣夠曬開胃，飲落唔似味精湯，米線軟硬度適中夠彈牙，大大碗，食完一碗米線已經夠飽，下次會再嚟試下其他小食。
