I love their Kimchi Jjigae (HKD 80 - lunch set) and kimchi pancakes (HKD 145), two items that I pretty much order every time I visit a Korean restaurants. Love how their served the pancake on a sizzling hot iron plate, kept it nice and toasty throughout the entire meal. The kimchi jjigae was of course super cozy and still my favourite Korean dish.👍🏻I love spicy 🌶 octopus 🐙stir fry, this one was topped with mixed veggies in a large rice bowl, definitely a very filling lunch set! (Approx HKD 80)
I love spicy 🌶 octopus 🐙stir fry, this one was topped with mixed veggies in a large rice bowl, definitely a very filling lunch set! (Approx HKD 80) Personally I found the garlic flavour in the sauce way too strong and the octopus so coarse oh cut that they were quite chewy despite being fresh. I prefer the a la carte version I have previously had, which was more on the spicy side than garlic-y side, with more finely chopped octopus.
Though I must say, do not expect any kind of service if you are to visit and I was also quite put off by their lack of awareness when it comes to hygiene, especially in this COVID-19 situation. They would casually push the cart containing a full load of dirty dishes right by your table while you are eating 🤦🏻♀️and one of the staff dipped her entire jacket sleeve into our plate of salad as she brought a dish to our table, which was truly appalling.🤢Thankfully the salad was just a free re-fulfillable side dish offered by the restaurant. Regardless, this whole situation is giving my second thoughts about revisiting this restaurant considering the variety of good Korean restaurants there are in HK.🤷🏻♀️
