餐廳:辛安東元祖奶奶雞 (旺角)地址:旺角白布街20號地下身為一個香港人,如果你無去過旺角白布街食嘢咁就真喺要去嗰邊打個白鴿轉喇😎,嗰度有多間餐廳🍴,有唔同嘅菜式俾你選擇,有好幾間我都已經食過,今次就揀咗辛安東元祖奶奶雞 @andonghk 呢間韓國餐廳🇰🇷90年代開始,韓式燉雞就開始喺韓國南部安東流行,可以話喺當地人嘅家常小菜,慢慢流傳開去就開滿韓國各地,而「辛安東元祖奶奶雞」喺當地數一數二最具名氣嘅燉雞店🐓,仲喺亞洲開咗超過二百間分店,十年前左右開到嚟香港成為旺角其中一間人氣餐廳🔥✝️辛安東元祖奶奶雞(半隻) $178既然喺餐廳嘅招牌菜緊喺唔可以唔試🤓。店主親自去到韓國學藝一年,將最傳統嘅韓式燉雞帶到香港,其中唔少材料都喺由韓國入口。奶奶雞用咗水晶粉墊底,配埋韓國農場雞隻🐔、薯仔🥔、紅蘿蔔🥕、青瓜🥒、洋蔥等,用咗6 吋大碟去裝住滿滿嘅食材,即叫即煮,要等接近20分鐘先有得食。「奶奶雞」可以揀唔同辣度🌶,而成碟雞最講究嘅就喺個醬汁,食落香濃帶甜有微微辣香,雞肉肉質新鮮嫩滑,煙韌彈牙嘅水晶粉同其他配料索晒醬汁嘅精華,食到Lam Lam脷😋,唯獨喺食到最尾會有少少油膩嘅感覺🤏✝️火焰韓牛飯

Cross Over中式小籠包同韓式泡菜嘅fusion點心,估唔到一間韓國餐廳都可以整到小籠包咁皮薄餡靚👍,裡面陣陣香辣嘅爽口泡菜令人食唔停口,不過個人覺得湯汁相對較少,有少少乾身😗
