順德粥底火鍋,係生滾粥和火鍋兩者結合而成,粥底係每日預先煮好既珍珠米膽。餐牌有3個選擇,每個餐跟7款時令海鮮、6款自選配料、3款特選時蔬、1款精華海鮮粥。粥底無油無鹽無味精,開爐等粥水滾起,按次序放入海鮮等食材。我哋叫左肉蟹餐,海鮮包括鮑魚、肉蟹、基圍蝦、多寶魚片、大蜆、細蜆、沙白,蝦上枱時仲跳跳扎,好生猛。自選配料揀左美國肥牛、黑毛豬腩片、手工鮮蝦雲吞、養顏花膠片、松露香菇貢丸、鮮准山。食完海鮮後,把粟米、南瓜、芋頭等配料,放入鍋煮溶,再加入粥膽、蛋漿、芫茜、蔥花、冬菜、豬油渣、菜埔粒等,一邊煮一邊攪拌,極品海鮮粥就完成。海鮮粥融合晒所以食材既精華,亦係粥底火鍋既主角,鮮甜無比,而且唔會有口乾感覺,非常滿足。總結,食材新鮮,員工細心教我哋煮粥,值得再來品嚐。
