星期5晚上去鰂魚涌探朋友,愛吃辣的朋友介紹了正宗四川菜紅館,招牌菜口水雞非常香口惹味,辣油很多但不會很辣,主要是吃那種花椒的油香味,很適合用作拌飯!香辣炒牛肉,我特意先問了一下店員,會否很辣?得到回應是可以選擇"小小辣",因為的確是比較辣,愛吃辣的朋友可以挑戰中辣或以上。因為有2道菜是辣的,就再加一道"清清地"的杞子上湯浸小白菜,杞子上湯健康有益,味道清新!每道菜的份量也很多,性價比可說是十分之高,值得推介!
