星期5晚上去鰂魚涌探朋友，愛吃辣的朋友介紹了正宗四川菜紅館，招牌菜口水雞非常香口惹味，辣油很多但不會很辣，主要是吃那種花椒的油香味，很適合用作拌飯!香辣炒牛肉，我特意先問了一下店員，會否很辣?得到回應是可以選擇"小小辣"，因為的確是比較辣，愛吃辣的朋友可以挑戰中辣或以上。因為有2道菜是辣的，就再加一道"清清地"的杞子上湯浸小白菜，杞子上湯健康有益，味道清新!每道菜的份量也很多，性價比可說是十分之高，值得推介!
