To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約咗大學時期認識嘅馬來西亞同學去屯門行街，黎到GOGO Mall發現有間馬來西亞餐廳--馬拉公公，呢間餐廳嘅食材由馬來西亞來貨，由馬來西亞華橋主理，咁梗係要同我呢位馬來西亞土生土長嘅同學黎食下。叫餐方式係先選擇一種湯底，然後選擇配餸，最後選擇麵/飯底。我就叫咗個福建蝦麵湯底+傳統海鮮（魚片、魚蛋、蝦）+摻摻。朋友就選擇椰香白咖喱湯(喇沙)湯底＋豬頸肉＋摻摻。馬來西亞朋友話摻摻係好地道嘅馬來西亞食法，即係油麵加米粉。米粉可以吸收到湯底嘅精華，會食到濃郁湯底嘅味道，非常入味！我本身唔係好食得辣，雖然福建蝦麵湯底已經唔算辣，係我接受到嘅範圍，但係都係要跟餐加返杯凍飲較為穩妥。野飲方面，我地分別叫咗凍馬拉拉茶同凍怡保白咖啡。我樽凍馬拉拉茶，甜度適宜，完美緩解返湯底嘅少許辣味。馬拉西亞朋友表示係香港好難得食到一間咁正宗嘅檳城口味餐廳，一解佢思鄉之情。
