To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當天跟家母午市來到屯門新墟附近，想起雅都商場Go Go Mall的美食廣場，便上去看一看有什麼選擇，最後來到這家馬拉公公位置：在美食廣場差不多最後一排，但比較當眼環境：美食廣場算是整潔衛生，座位亦足夠服務：女店主細心推介食物，同時主動幫忙把食物送上我們的座位食物：女店主表示其父來自馬拉，食物亦充滿馬拉特色檳城福建蝦麵（$49）充滿東南亞口味，偏香辣惹味，配菜有鮮蝦、燒肉、半邊雞蛋及豆腐卜，讓人相當滿足檳城肉骨茶配白飯（$52）由於家母不喜辣，於是店家便建議這款肉骨茶藥材味不會太重，配菜主要有排骨、雞蛋及油條，排骨入味而有肉，油條香脆，整體很不錯原味咖央多士（$25）甜甜的咖央醬中帶點椰絲的口感，配合烘過的多士，正宗的馬拉口味桔仔話梅冰（跟餐＋$10）桔加上話梅鹹鹹的味道，是解辣開胃的飲品凍泡沫咖啡 （跟餐＋$7）微苦的泡沫咖啡，是本人的最愛，雖說跟馬拉菜沒有很搭就是在美食廣場不能要求環境太多，幸好這家馬拉菜味道正宗同時很美味，令這次的用餐體驗頗為滿意
