今次去咗佐敦食麻辣火鍋,當然個湯底就揀返麻辣啦,不過我哋都驚太辣,所以就叫咗個麻辣鴛鴦鍋,即係麻辣同埋清湯,湯底係分開兩層既,咁就唔使驚會沾污到啲麻辣湯啦。打邊爐就梗係要食肉㗎啦,我哋就叫咗安格斯牛頸脊同埋黑豚肉,兩款肉都好新鮮,仲好嫩口,好食!之後我哋仲叫咗黑松露墨魚滑,黑松露同墨魚嘅份量都好多,好重黑松露味而且仲好彈牙。我哋仲叫咗炸魚皮,魚皮仲要係即炸,上菜嘅時候仲要熱,而且好脆口。整體黎講都唔錯。
