今日收工過新城市廣場,食Chop Chop食神叉燒嘅黯然銷魂飯。個個都係叉燒飯,點解會話係正宗黯然銷魂飯?一切皆因戴龍師傅係電影食神入面果碗黯然銷魂飯嘅創造人。正宗黯然銷魂飯材料簡單,講白啲都係叉燒、荷包蛋和米飯。但要好食一啲都唔容易。叉燒選用咗五花腩肉,肥瘦相間,滿口油香而唔膩。叉燒微微焦香,入口鬆化,淡淡嘅甜味過後,香醇玫瑰露酒由脷底滲返出嚟。非常好味。再點埋秘製叉燒醬,更加係另一個層次嘅味道。除咗叉燒,飯都好特別,我就唔識分米嘅品種、但感覺有陣木頭同茶葉香味。除咗黯然銷魂飯,仲點咗招牌干炒牛河、同埋鮮茄牛肉。招牌干炒牛河面頭鋪滿木魚,真係第一次見。而餐廳用咗較少見嘅粗身河粉,非常有口感。牛肉亦都好滑,整個干炒牛河都好夠獲氣。至於鮮茄牛肉,都好好食。牛肉什至比招牌干炒牛河嫩滑,蛋滑之餘好香蛋味。依道菜餸白飯一流。
