今日同男朋友去食廚師發板,就選擇咗位於銅鑼灣新式食肆大廈裏面嘅餐廳。環境寬敞,主要分開左右兩邊,大約三至四組客人share一個廚師。頭盤由左至右食,清新開胃,配合秋日清涼嘅感覺,擺設精緻。左口魚配生蠔,都係開胃小菜,睇得出師傅好用心着每一個食物鋪排上。白子配八爪魚,食得出食物嘅原味係好新鮮。海膽杯,當做新鮮肥美嘅海膽配上特製醬汁令人齒頰留香鮮鮑魚火炙吞拿魚,每一口都有清清的炭燒味道足料蟹蓋,材料包括蟹子蟹肉蟹膏配搭得宜多種壽司供應,尤其大拖羅,新鮮肥美適合與另一半慶祝紀念日前來,期待下次再同男朋友來食。
