To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無骨海南雞餐（$68）凍檸檬茶（+$3）可選白飯或油飯，揀咗後者，油飯唔油膩夠乾身，但無咩香味。海南雞唔太得，雞皮算係爽口的，但雞肉一啲都唔嫩滑，雞翼中間啲肉都稍嚡，雞胸肉更加嚡身。提供醬汁得一款，味道偏酸。另外有一小碟油菜。黃咖喱牛腩配薄餅（$60）凍檸檬茶（+$3）咖喱有乾、黃、青三款揀，肉類有雞、牛共五種，可選白飯、法包、薄餅，或+$5轉蒜蓉包。黃咖喱微辣，味濃；牛腩有五舊，肉質普通，味道一般；另有四舊薯仔，夠粉；仲有幾件三色椒。薄餅有兩塊，一開二共四片，煎得香脆，少少牛油香，好適合點咖喱。串燒（$15@）豬、牛、雞各要咗一串。三串都燒得不錯，外層微香，裡唔肉質唔乾唔嚡。豬肉有𡁻口；牛肉肉質軟嫩，有牛味；雞肉見到本來有少驚，但竟然肉嫩，仲好食過海南雞啲肉。提供嘅醬汁酸酸辣辣，十分惹味，點串燒好夾（仲用嚟點埋海南雞食）。雖然未至於唔好食，但真心覺得無 openrice 上咁高分嘅質素，只屬於正正常常，合格之作。PS：沒有加一服務費。收現金及八達通。
