To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正常水準的茶記

雞地食店多的是，隨意走數步也有多間茶餐廳. 家父說這間看似客人不多，就試試好了. (是的，全家人都最怕等位!!)想吃得飽一點，每人選了一款飯餐，才不過$3X.西炒飯 ($32)一直都後喜歡吃西炒飯，這店也是即炒的，配料有不少蝦仁、腸仔& 蕃茄等，酸酸地幾惹味. 而且份量很多，現在食量不多的我覺得超級飽!另外家人要了咖喱雞扒飯 ($33) & 黑椒豬扒飯 ($33)，因為沒試就沒法評論了.熱檸水以一杯解膩的熱檸水作結.不過小店沒有寫單習慣，埋單時給予$100 只找回$1， ($33+$33+$32=$98)不知是計錯還是甚麼原因，我們也沒考究. 不過基於這個原因，媽媽說不會再光顧，雖然只是找少$1，但是數目必須要分明~
