To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日嚟咗又一城千両食午餐，發現都多人嚟食午餐，今次嚟係坐上層，上層少啲員工出入，所以難啲落單同埋揾店員。鵝肝壽司$42以前喺其他分店食大件啲，呢度好細件😢但係都好食魚鮮直送壽司定食$128魚鮮直送壽司定食有九件壽司，分別係牛油赤海蝦、炙燒左口魚、油甘魚、珍寶帶子、吞拿魚、三文魚、辣味三文魚軍艦、甜蝦蟹膏軍艦、同埋一件白身魚。魚生全部都好新鮮，再配咗一件千兩甜蛋。定食仲包括麵豉湯、沙律同埋小菜，當日嘅小菜係煮南瓜，南瓜都好甜。馬糞海膽（日本直送）$78當日食嗰舊唔鮮甜😢食咗個空虛
