好耐冇去一盅兩件梗係問吓老婆大人想去邊度食點心,佢就話想去九龍酒店試吓冇問題即刻約埋老友訂位同佢去嘆茶。呢日安排喺廳房食坐得好舒服人多就有呢個好處。一坐低梗係開壺靚茶飲食住合桃等齊人,想讚吓呢個XO醬就咁食都幾好味㗎喎。老婆大人同我講呢度嘅蛇羹好出名咁就梗係要嗌碗太史燴蛇羹嚟嘆吓啦!用筷子夾得到嘅絲絲蛇肉一啲腥味都冇,加埋陳皮同爽脆木耳口感更加豐富,配埋啲檸檬葉、白菊花同埋薄脆一齊食仲正斗,今日咁鬼凍真係諗起都想再食。跟住我哋嗌嘅商務午市套餐(龍)前菜送到嚟!好有咬口嘅蜜汁叉燒、重口味嘅尖椒皮蛋、鹹鹹香香嘅肴肉同埋香辣脆金磚,幾樣前菜質素都好唔錯有個好開始。跟住係三粒點心晶瑩鮮蝦餃餡料好鬼多又鮮味,蟹籽蒸燒賣食落啖啖肉好有咬口,最後係我至like嘅咸水角整到成個雪梨咁樣又好睇又好食。個餐入面有個是日廚師湯品我哋呢日嘅係清補涼,飲落去好香甜清潤一吓都唔錯。跟住仲有呢個蟲草花蒸斑球,我就最鍾意食蟲草花所以呢個魚啱晒我口味,雖然係魚嘅菜式不過做得好夠味啱晒鍾意重口味嘅人食。食咗咁多肉同海鮮整返個櫻花蝦炒玉蘭,芥蘭炒得好脆口而且冇苦澀味,加咗櫻花蝦炒即刻變得好鬼惹味。唔使驚我唔飽肚因為仲有個金
