今晚去的餐廳位於尖沙咀寶勒巷,以食燒烤為主,燒肉是主打,亦有海鮮、野菜等。而加錢任飲sake 亦是餐廳特色之一。甲羅燒是很好的餸酒美食,香濃的蟹膏配脆口餅乾。薯仔沙律用了酒盜,令到薯仔沙律有鹹香的感覺。和牛肉眼扒十分之吸睛,色澤粉嫩,油脂分布均勻,入口即化,簡單點少許海鹽,已經十分美味。日本雞心很爽口,是我最喜歡的內臟之一。而豬腩肉用了煙燻處理,香氣十足,好似食厚切火腿。帆立貝鮮味十足,帶子裙邊很爽口,帶子肉質鮮甜,牛油味很香。魷魚筒來自日本,魷魚肉爽口,魷魚鬚香口。
