紫久唔久我就想食新加坡菜,因為想飲肉骨茶。今日同朋友出開將軍澳,搵到呢一間新加坡餐廳,二話不說衝入去試吓。當然首先我就叫個肉骨茶啦,淡淡的藥材香味配上新鮮嘅排骨,唔單止好味仲對身體好有益。跟住我叫咗個椒鹽軟殼蟹,炸到勁鬆脆,但又能夠鎖住啲蟹肉汁,非常惹味!朋友想食咖喱,想有少少辣,店員就即時介紹咗青咖喱俾我哋,我哋揀咗豬肉。啲青咖喱汁唔算好辣,好啱香港人口味,啲豬頸肉份量亦都好足,真係勁滿足!由於我哋唔想食飯,就叫左個特色手爪餅,用嚟點青咖喱汁食,真係一流。之後我哋叫咗個巴東牛肉𦟌,個汁又係勁好味,用手爪餅點嚟食又係一絕!最後叫個蒜蓉炒翡翠苗,提升一下身體攝取嘅纖維,個菜清淡得嚟、味道亦相當出色!總括來講,呢餐我會俾佢100分。

朋友想食咖喱,想有少少辣,店員就即時介紹咗青咖喱俾我哋,我哋揀咗豬肉。啲青咖喱汁唔算好辣,好啱香港人口味,啲豬頸肉份量亦都好足,真係勁滿足!


由於我哋唔想食飯,就叫左個特色手爪餅,用嚟點青咖喱汁食,真係一流。之後我哋叫咗個巴東牛肉𦟌,個汁又係勁好味,用手爪餅點嚟食又係一絕!


最後叫個蒜蓉炒翡翠苗,提升一下身體攝取嘅纖維,個菜清淡得嚟、味道亦相當出色!總括來講,呢餐我會俾佢100分。
