在銅鑼灣時代廣場搵到間日式燒肉放題,我同朋友都好有一段時間沒有食過。薩摩牛之後無食過,唔知好唔好食,到最後我同朋友都選左薩摩牛饗宴套餐,薩摩牛是用上日本第一的鹿兒島和牛,聽個名己經好吸引。薩摩牛饗宴套餐任食任飲最多有170種,薩摩牛都有十款可選擇,淨食薩摩牛己經可回本,但仲有其他食物都好吸引。運送食物好想迴轉壽司咁,每次點了單,都會在運輸帶上送上,攞完之後就按返個制就會回去。【薩摩牛里肌肉、薩摩牛牛五花、薩摩牛涮涮燒】里肌肉肉味較濃,有嚼勁,油份平均。牛五花肉質較紅,油脂分佈較多,肉質鮮嫩。【薩摩牛涮涮燒(跟蘿蔔蓉)】涮涮燒是另一種食法,包住蘿蔔蓉一起食有清新。【薩摩牛壽喜燒(跟雞蛋)】壽喜燒入口即溶,跟雞蛋真係一流,之後再跟埋個飯就絕配。【薩摩牛炙燒壽司】這個薩摩牛炙燒壽司真是必叫,燒到半生熟的壽司,肉質軟淋入口即溶。【燒雞頸肉】原來在這裡都有雞頸肉可點選,肥瘦適中,肉質彈牙。【薩摩牛生拌牛肉】這生拌牛肉在港真係好少見,食落口比想像中出色,肉質鮮嫩,加上青瓜粒撈埋一齊食有另一種口感,咀嚼帶點爽口,好有驚喜,值得推介。【薩摩牛蘆筍卷】蘆筍爽口多汁,再加薩摩牛牛味濃郁,絕配。【薩摩牛壼漬
