老字號沙田雞粥,主打招牌雞粥和乳鴿,於沙田結業後,最近改名叫正牌沙田雞粥喺港島區西環重開,鄰近港鐵站交通好方便,今晚我同老公過去回味一下。餐廳裝潢簡潔,主打嘅雞粥和紅燒乳鴿係我必食的。紅燒乳鴿:乳鴿大隻厚肉,燒得色澤金黃,皮脆肉嫩多汁。馳名沙田雞粥:熱辣辣嘅粥底口感綿密有米香。雞件肉質嫩滑,而且好有雞味。鴛鴦炒飯:炒飯用茄汁、白汁組合成太極的圖案,一邊係配以洋蔥絲、番茄及雞絲製成,味道酸甜好開胃,另一邊用蝦仁、菜粒配以白汁製成,爽口甜美,飯底用蛋炒得粒粒分明,香口唔油膩。星洲炒米:炒得夠鑊氣,用料有叉燒、蝦仁、芽菜、雞蛋、洋蔥和辣椒絲,加入咖哩粉令炒米粉變成金黃色,並充滿香辣的味道。凍檸樂:奉送冰底,特別冰涼清爽。
