還有他們的招牌浜燒鳕場蟹,蟹肉非常飽滿,份量十分豐盛,需要幾口才能吃完。雖然鮮味不及活蟹,但大口咬下蟹肉的滿足感卻另有一番風味。如果令肉質更滑,可以再減少烹調過程。就更加完美。
