To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

勁鍾意食佢的蠔仔粥& 白鱔球粥, , 粥底靚，非常多料而且有個款粥d料個味, to simplify: 蠔仔粥勁有蠔仔味，蠔仔一d都唔蠔仔， 隻隻都半隻手指公咁大，又鮮甜，白鱔球粥勁有鱔味, 鱔球爽脆肥美鮮甜， 絕無誇張, 非常極好食 (to respond to some previous comments: 我唔覺佢有味精law)雖然d粥avg $30碗，但佢d份量一碗=人地兩碗，普通女仔食量只食到1/3碗，所以其實係平，重要非常好味，真係好抵their congee are so different from other congee shop，係特別好味，重申not bcoz of味精，我唔覺佢有，食完無口喝皮蛋瘦肉粥，手撕雞粥，碎牛粥also good good good, not mention others just bcoz i haven;t try it yet另外都幾鍾意佢d油炸鬼，本身我唔係幾食得油，佢算唔油(when compare other shop’s油炸鬼)，而且永無炸得過老火, good反而佢的馳名咸肉糭，我覺得好味但無什麼特別，蛋黃蛋黃紅紅，靚得出

服務：good good good, 老闆very nice & 好有禮貌，員工勤快績極落力polite，莫講話一般餐廳都比唔上佢，直頭直逼五星酒店，從來沒在這些粥店見過對客人的體貼 – 就係用套笠幫顧客套著掛在椅背的大衣


「靠得住」, 果然無改錯名all products also靠得住
佢d粥真係好食到無得頂
