古味鹽麴牛舌盛釜因為佢係擺埋落飯裏面一齊蒸,所以牛舌就熟哂😂 未必係石燒或者係燒烤會有嗰種彈牙肉質粉嫩😂 不過就勝在份量夠多,同埋唔熱氣鐵板燒雞塊釜我覺得買雞扒都幾好食,因為保持到外面表皮係煎嘅味道之餘,肉質又鮮嫩又滑。整體來講,兩個飯嘅份量都好多,同埋係冇得叫小凡。所以如果同朋友一齊食,佢唔係太大食,就可能叫一個發兩份返,再加小食就夠😂吉列牛舌即叫即炸,都幾好食😋 當然因為炸咗,佢就唔會係裏面好彈牙嗰種感覺。但係都幾夠用,同埋外面表皮都幾脆,夠薄😀 以小食嚟ok黑松露玉子燒呢個就真係比較簡單啲,系玉子在家黑松露醬(唔係黑松露itself)所以抵唔抵食就見仁見智啦😂梅干手羽先稱得上餐廳「自慢」(じまん)「即是驕傲」的料理,果然係有返咁上下🤔👏🏻😂 基本上係做到好似炸雞咁樣,外表嘅皮係梅子的酸酸甜甜,裏面嘅肉都帶着呢隻味道。感覺幾新穎,應該唔會喺其他地方食到。但係就唔係好多肉,所以真心係小食。
