To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事話公司附近開左間唔錯嘅牛腩麵舖，今日特登去試下！我地叫左一個清湯腩麵, 一個雲吞麵同一碟蜜燒豬頸肉。好開心呀！原來新張期間買满$30(以人頭計)有贈飲, 凍飲仲唔駛加錢，於是乎我地一人叫左一杯凍檸茶。雖然係贈飲,但一D都唔馬虎！檸茶嘅澀味同茶味恰到好處，真係抵讚！講返D麵先，雲吞係自己包嘅，D蝦好彈牙，雲吞皮又薄又滑，至啱小丸胃口。牛腩麵D牛腩份量十足，肥瘦適中，口感好好一D唔痴牙。係我食過咁多間牛腩麵中，今次尼間係數一數二好食嫁！同事話拍得住好多出名嘅牛腩麵舖。(唔怪得佢放假都特登由紅磡過黎食啦^^)。最驚喜嘅係「蜜燒豬頸肉」，可能係厚切嘅關係, 好多肉汁好爽！配埋泰式辣醬,酸酸甜甜, 一個字「正」！以後Lunch同Tea多左一個好地方。「牛B仔」真係小丸嘅必食推介！
