今年暑假銅鑼灣希慎廣場新開咗間充滿江南風情嘅「綠茶餐廳」, 每逢用餐黃金時間都爆場, 正好今日提早放工, 於黃金時間前到達餐廳, 終於可以順理安排入座。雖然食物款式唔可以話好多選擇, 但今晚點嘅菜式, 款款都滿有驚喜。【龍井烤雞】HK$138為餐廳招牌菜之一, 幾乎每檯客必點! 原隻雞上檯先滿足相機食先, 然後侍應取回廚房斬件。烤雞外皮烤得金黃均勻, 略帶點焦, 一咬外皮香脆, 散發濃郁龍井香氣, 除雞胸外, 雞肉都很嫩滑juicy, 果然稱得上人氣之選。【雪菜酸湯魚片】HK$128估唔到魚嘅份量會咁多, 無骨魚片嫩滑, 湯底酸尾尾帶微辣, 辣度溫和, 刺激味蕾, 美味開胃, 配上了吸了湯汁嘅雪菜、腐竹、豆芽, 入味又令口感多一點層次。【蝦湯泡飯】HK$88泡飯熱辣辣上檯, 米飯已加入湯底中浸泡著, 盡吸湯汁, 蝦粒份量偏少, 但湯汁極為鮮甜, 食之前自行加入脆米, 增加了口感層次。最後點了兩款甜品做結尾:【茶香奶凍】HK$28奶凍面層為焦糖薄脆, 奶凍香滑, 散發陣陣清新茶香, 跟焦糖薄脆同時入口, 茶香中帶點焦糖嘅香甜, 正!【綠茶餅】HK$28原來為熱食甜品, 綠茶餅夾住了甜甜地
