To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我喺附近返工嘅,前排我同事介紹我黎食,由佢開張到而家已經食左好多餐。咁一般我都係食下午茶既,我覺得個海鮮炒烏冬同鰻魚汁炒飯都好好,味道剛剛好,份量都唔會太少,我食就岩岩好,男仔可能就未算好飽。而我好餓既時候會叫多個蛋撻,d蛋好滑好香不過有一次早左黎,只有午餐,我就叫左個咕嚕肉飯,d肉比較少,反而菠蘿仲多,我就覺得差d。另外聽我同事講呢到既麵包好正,成日新鮮出爐。我幾次都見好多人食菠蘿包,外賣仲有人企係出面等,不過我就未試過,下次覺會試我最鐘意食既墨西哥包
