To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年中秋節,半島嘉麟樓既奶黃月餅瘋搶,其實嘉麟樓飲茶啲出品都唔錯。一坐低,台上就放上一大碗琥珀合桃,好香口,好好味,食到停唔到口。蝦腸皮薄通透,好滑,蝦肉新鮮爽甜。燕窩蛋撻雖然細細隻,但燕窩尚算足料。黑毛豬瑤柱叉燒包,足料,叉燒肥瘦均勻同埋叉燒汁味濃。最後,戲肉係燕窩龍蝦金魚餃,雖然唔平,$98一隻,但龍蝦肉係多,啖啖鮮甜,加上外貌吸引,有機會我會再去飲茶👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
