每次食上海婆婆,都會叫排骨擔擔麵,因為幾抵($38),又好味。佢ge湯底很濃有花生醬味、又有點辣,麵又是用人用拉的,非常「吸」味,加上熱辣辣的排骨,很不錯呢﹗去過美孚分店食排骨擔擔麵,質素差得遠,麵是用機做的,湯好稀,無咩味,怪不得無咩人= = 如果要試,去屯門食比較穩陣,但就好多人排隊。黑醋排骨很好味,但份量得好少,得幾粒。銀絲卷好普通,但勝在夠熱。牛肉包ok,底面都煎得好脆,餡都無咩肥肉。見到隔離枱的湯好吸引咁,下次會去試下。
