To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由年廿七已經開始食糕,結果食到元宵都未食完,連小小儀都問點解成日食糕... 椰香鍚蘭年糕:9/10親友給家中長輩送來營致會館的年糕及蘿蔔糕,上網一search原來是中環新派精緻粵菜的出品~ 老實說,小儀對年糕的印象只有甜和漏,從來與好味沾不上邊,這底糕卻十分好吃,值得小儀為它寫一篇食評先說外表,一個大紅紙盒內再用膠盒,糕面平滑,易切。小儀先中丶小火煎軟身,再沾蛋漿煎香,如果不加蛋漿,年糕煎熱後會粘在一起。這年糕口感軟滑,有米香,最特別之處是有一道獨特的香味,令這甜味變得有深度而不膩口,可以一口氣吃四丶五片,而且覺得做飯後甜品也很不錯!之後上網查資料,原來加了錫蘭茶入內,茶香中和了年糕的膩,也把它提昇到另一個層次,可以說是小儀吃過最好味的年糕蘿蔔糕:5/10相比之下,蘿蔔糕莫名其妙地失色,連一般酒樓的水準也達不到,味道平平,吃不到蘿白絲,吃了一件便不想再吃第二口了題外話,由於糕點只用膠盒蓋上,未有真空包裝,因此蘿蔔糕比較快已經變壞,加上未有顯示最佳食用日期,以一間高級粵菜來說比較失策。然而這好味的年糕還是得到小儀的一個笑臉
