To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇食金祥排骨麵啦依家一到星期六、日, 金祥排骨麵就排晒長龍, 大食妹只好外賣自取, 攞返屋企食大食妹又再次嗌咗馳名排骨麵加榨菜, 記住打電話嗌嘅時候一定要叫佢比辣醬辣醬辣醬排骨係完整一塊, 切成容易入口嘅大細新鮮熱辣辣炸出黎, 又脆又紮實, 而且一直以黎價錢升幅唔大, 越嚟越抵食榨菜、配料同麵底記住要同湯分開上, 食嘅時候先倒湯落去, 麵條會更煙韌一直以黎大食妹都覺得金祥嘅麵比肉更好食, 粗幼適中, 彈牙之餘又唔難消化, 大人細路都啱食榨菜都幾多, 混合蒜蓉, 撈埋係啲湯裏面, 令湯頭更香更有風味記住食到一半嘅時候要落辣椒醬佢個湯裏面, 攪拌一下再食湯麵, 會有驚喜哦
