最近,時常都會去啟德附近探朋友,一起吃晚飯,聊聊天。早兩天,朋友說要懷舊一番,帶我去了擁有50年歷史的金鳳餐廳,吃頓晚飯。在金鳳餐廳,必然要點牛排港式西餐,我今次當然都點了牛柳鐵板餐,還加點錢,轉配金牛飲品。金牛飲品,即是芒果雪糕🍧加忌廉汽水💗。服務員會給你一杯已有雪糕和冰的杯子,而汽水分開上,然後,你自己將汽水倒進杯子,我最愛就是這時候,汽水與雪糕一碰上,就產生一層厚厚泡沫,很好正的。😋😋😋這個飲品,相信已不多餐廳有售賣。鐵板牛柳也沒令我失望。大大塊牛柳,非常嫩滑,還有傳統厚粗薯條伴碟。服務員再淋上洋蔥汁,熱騰騰的,我看著白煙一柳柳上升,襯托“pi nic pi nic”的聲音。不知怎的,心情都愉快起來。😊就這樣,渡過了一個快樂晚餐時間。將來有機會,一定會再來。
