To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸辣粉係其中一種，我最鍾意的食物，嗰種食到汗流浹背，愈酸辣愈開胃的感覺，真是令人又愛又恨 今日行到牛頭角裕民中心，見對面有間「雲桂香米線專門店」，門面乾淨企理，決定入去食碗酸辣粉， 刺激一下味蕾 呢度除有辣度可選擇外，連湯底咸、淡度，麵的爽、硬度，都可以選擇 重慶酸辣水晶粉，配有花生，榨菜，鹹菜，葱，芫茜，湯面鋪滿紅紅辣油，酸味較淡，辣味較突出，水晶粉幼身，入口滑溜，易咬也帶彈性 墨魚頭～咬落去唔會靭，好爽口腩肉～薄切，肥瘦均勻，入口爽滑貢丸～結實彈牙，香菇味濃黑木耳～爽脆小食，炸鮮竹龍蝦卷～外層腐竹炸至脆口，中間龍蝦卷軟腍，蘸上附上的醬汁，真是香脆美味
