又到同太太搵好嘢食嘅時候!聽朋友講呢個大厦有好幾間嘅日本菜都好正~所以我決定同太太掃咗呢躉嘢佢!睇吓有幾掂~今日就去咗一間叫"磯野水產"有時我覺得食貴少少無所謂最緊要有服務!呢一間啲staff真係好鬼死nice!我喜歡首先緊係要介紹下前菜先!因為已經好震撼。個醬睇落似食緊蟹膏咁加埋蔬菜食簡直一流!如果散叫海鮮我通常都會問吓店員咩最新鮮!佢就介紹咗大溝貝同北寄貝做刺身隻青龍就做濱燒食浜燒點可以冇清酒!當然我都想聽吓店員有咩好仲介啦^^佢介紹好幾隻清酒俾我而我就揀咗100%用單一雄町米釀製嘅日輪田。果然好飲!酒味帶甜餸燒海鮮係好啱嘅呢個金目鯛厚切刺身用咗炙燒方法令到油脂嘅香味都迫晒出嚟,外皮煙韌肉質脂肪平均所以厚切食都唔覺膩最愛嘅大大隻牡丹蝦,新鮮又肥.無論蝦身或者蝦頭都甜到暈溝貝的確喺香港好少食到,唔會太多日本料理會識入貨仲要係生猛郁郁吓嘅。肉質較爽鮮甜本人建議唔好加豉油食住,去感受一下佢本身嘅味道之後先再加豉油食都唔遲!而北寄貝肉質比較林味道比較再甜一啲用咗幼切方法可以慢慢嘆唔洗兩吓食晒3,4個人叫都唔怕有人食唔到!當然識郁嘅海鮮都係最鮮啦終於到熱食登場!睇到師傅張隻手喺堆火入面攪吓攪

終於到熱食登場!睇到師傅張隻手喺堆火入面攪吓攪吓,咁辛苦都係為咗做好呢個酒蒸岩蠔~用咗高濃度嘅清酒再加火揮發酒精令到放喺鐵罐嘅岩蠔鮮甜!呢味菜好吸睛

濱燒龍蝦用咗本店自家制麵豉做,首先做上青龍(我覺得龍蝦種類裏面呢種係最好食)甘香嘅龍蝦味加肉質彈牙,冇得輸囉~

老老實實本人就麻麻地菜不過太太話一定要食所以無計!點知個天婦羅野菜好食到我停唔到~薄薄嘅炸醬加埋由其個冬菇

點都要叫個肉呢個紫蘇葉豚肉捲.落落一層紫蘇葉一層豚肉好似食緊千層榚咁,而因為加咗紫蘇葉所以食落清香減少肥膩感!

飲啖茶沖一沖個口食埋最後嘅浜燒鮑魚.肉質夠厚鮮嫩,新鮮鮑魚本身唔會太重味但浜燒後嘅鮮甜真係好難抗拒!
