To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2008年5月16日一家去食海鮮. 這裡每一間酒樓都會有一間海鮮檔, 不過自己都可以自由選擇.我個人覺得好食過"布袋澳" , 這間比較附近的酒家明顯光鮮整潔, 坐都舒服海鮮料買了 $13XX , 加工費就每位 $70 , 其他菜餚在酒樓內點的都 $6X一碟 , 加麵底或粥 就 $60, 魚湯和甜品 / 生果就免費的碟碟都OK , 只是龍蝦失敗了, 放尿唔清, 有異味 !!
