一個由母子共同夢想的故事,造就出HUA Pâtisserie華點製菓禮盒專門店,創辦人更於法國藍帶東京分校製菓領域進修,首度衝出台灣的第一站就是香港,打頭陣送上從來受歡迎的鳳梨酥和坊間少有的奶油酥餅,還有特意為香港研發獨家限定口味茉莉香橙鳳梨酥。這天來到Out of Office品嚐職人精神與匠人工藝的美點外,更可享受一刻咖啡和美食時光。先來杯香味清爽的Orange is the New Black,用上店家咖啡師調製的OOO Blend Espresso、鮮橙、百香果果汁及風乾橙片泡製而成,咖啡香濃中帶出陣陣果香好喝耶。大家也剛收工到來也餓腸轆轆先來數款美食來滿足一番!吃了酸香的Shakshuka、Al Dente的Tomato Seafood Linguine和菌香十足的Creamy Truffle Wild Mushroom Fusilli,三款也挺有質素大家吃得很滿意呢。然後到品嚐一系列用上台灣、法國及紐西蘭食材全人手製作的島嶼酥餅,口味包括有茉莉松子鳳梨酥、黑糖奶皇酥及香港限定茉莉香橙鳳梨酥。個人最喜歡那個黑糖奶皇酥,餅皮拌入了台灣的黑糖蜜內餡則是鹹蛋黃,外層口感酥化滿載黑糖

個人最喜歡那個黑糖奶皇酥,餅皮拌入了台灣的黑糖蜜內餡則是鹹蛋黃,外層口感酥化滿載黑糖香氣內裏則鹹香滋味,這鹹甜交錯的組合令我一試傾心。
