今早我們去咗九龍維景酒店嘅「唐宮中餐廳」飲早茶!我們叫咗木耳珍菌浸時蔬、鮮帶子豬肚粥、豉油皇銀芽火鴨絲鮮魷絲炒麵、香茜皮蛋魚蓉腸、蠔皇叉燒包、翡翠蝦餃皇、豉汁蒸鳳爪同芙蓉貴妃粿!木耳珍菌浸時蔬嘅時蔬好幼嫩同無根,木耳亦好爽口!鮮帶子豬肚粥嘅粥底煲得都算綿,但味道係淡而無味!豉油皇銀芽火鴨絲鮮魷絲炒麵炒得鑊氣十足,材料亦相當豐富,豉油皇嘅味道唔會好鹹!香茜皮蛋魚蓉腸呢個組合係錯配,味道極之怪!蠔皇叉燒包嘅包質唔算好鬆軟,叉燒嘅醬汁亦唔係好香甜!翡翠蝦餃皇嘅餃皮唔係好煙韌彈牙,一夾就散晒!豉汁蒸鳳爪炆得過咗火候,食落嘅感覺隻鳳爪摷晒皮咁,口感非常之「嚡」,醬汁嘅味道亦唔太濃郁!芙蓉貴妃粿嘅餃皮超級厚身,比潮州粉果嘅皮仲要厚幾倍,口感極之「嚡」,認真嚇人!
