To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親節周圍食飯都好多人，要簡一間要坐得舒服，價錢合理而且食物有質素嘅地方食一餐飯的確唔容易，但係為左一年一次嘅母親節冇辦法啦，難D 都要搵，結果比我諗到可以去中大行完山，之後再去隔離科學園食晚餐，咁就諗好左母親節一日遊嘅節目啦我地叫左個孖寶套餐，套餐有上湯焗龍蝦伊面再加半隻吊燒雞，睇落價錢唔錯就叫左呢個另外仲叫左一隻燒鵝皇，金蒜蒸蟶子，金銀蛋莧菜同埋一個富豪蛋白炒飯。上湯焗龍蝦伊面以孖寶價黎講份量正常，值得一讚嘅位置係呢度所有嘅蟹鉗位置都已經被拆一半，所以食嘅時候好方便，鉗都唔駛問酒樓拎就可以輕鬆食到龍蝦肉，正唔好嘅地方就係面稍為鹹左少少吊燒雞雖然賣相一般，但食落出奇地好食，雞肉入味而且嫩滑。燒鵝皇果然夠大隻，一上枱就已經成功搶奪成枱人嘅目光食落就係岩岩熟，肉質比吊燒雞仲要嫩滑，而且食任何一個部位都唔會有"鞋" 嘅感覺金銀蛋莧菜正正常常富豪蛋白炒飯炒出黎嘅飯係一粒粒，食埋就飽晒
