今日一班兄弟姐妹同媽咪慶祝母親節, 媽咪係加拿大番黎,住係Murray The Nicolas Hotel. 番到黎緊係想食廣東菜.原來國福樓係Murray開左.聽聞都貴.但一年得一次母親節, 媽咪又甘遠番黎.就去試吓. 一早訂左枱,好快就坐低.餐廳環境唔錯,地方好闊落,如果日頭黎都應該好舒服.因為餐廳設計有好多自然光入到黎. 經理非常親切為我地介紹了幾道菜式. 杏汁杏仁白菜豬肺湯,老火湯好甜,而且加了杏汁更加潤.媽咪都話好. 頭抽新鮮南非鮑魚,口感豐富. 砵酒牛脷牛尾好香濃. 上湯杞子浸菠菜苗, 菠菜苗食落好嫩, 上湯味道可以食到金華火腿.到甜品,經理推介燈影煎堆, 嘩!好大個好圓,大過我拳頭. 煎堆好薄身,呢個無介紹錯,好好食. 發覺佢地係食物買相方面冇好花心思去裝飾,好似屋企餸,但食物味道就非常之唔錯. 媽咪緊係食得好開心喇.
