今晚預先訂了枱在銅鑼灣吃晚餐,提前慶祝母親節。餐廳是食日式料理的,要了個「綺羅星」十六道菜套餐。前菜有三款,其中螺肉很爽口,配有入味蘿蔔。蟹肉蒸蛋很滑溜,有蝦肉和蟹肉絲。壽司有金目鯛,肉質透紅,上面配有薑蓉。鯧魚,皮微微燒過,有少許煙燻味。大墨魚透白,厚切,爽口沒有渣。油甘魚腩魚油充足,入口即溶。赤貝大大隻,非常爽口。竹簽魚魚皮炙燒,外脆内嫩,配香蔥。海膽有兩層,味道濃郁,滑而不膩。拖羅很肥美,亦是入口即溶。左口魚邊炙燒過,魚油香口。蝦配炙燒過的蝦膏,非常香濃。日本無花果,師父去了皮,很甜。日本山崎和牛,很稔很入味。立魚魚湯熱辣辣,香濃。
