最近做完左一個大Project, 為左慰勞之前幾乎每晚OT既自己, 最佳方法就係去食好東西!! 要食我當然首選最愛的日本菜! 仲要係好耐好耐好耐都無食過既鐵板燒Omakase!  碌Openrice 見到呢間餐廳新開, 係灣仔公司附近, 評價唔錯, 就儘管去馬好好享受~ 我地一早訂左位, 所以唔洗等, 餐廳環境都唔錯, 好有日本風味! 餐廳職員仲話可以分到幾間VIP房, 岩晒想包間既朋友仔~ 首先前菜賣相已經非常精緻, 仲有專人介紹每一道菜食材、製法同食法, 非常專業!建議食既次序由右手邊開始: 海膽啫喱 > 南瓜凍湯 > 蘋果醋浸日本蕃茄仔凍左既海膽質感結質D, 感覺唔似食海膽但又有少少海膽味, 好得意!南瓜凍湯好甜!! 入口仲幾順滑~ 好好味!日本蕃茄仔上面仲有金箔! 靚到唔捨得食~ 酸酸甜甜好開胃!上多道前菜: 合桃木煙薰帆立貝!係一就Fusion既前菜~ 醬汁落左西式既四季紅辣椒, 香草pepper sauce同埋沙沙~帆立貝原本好鮮甜! 但配合西式醬汁食法又估唔到幾夾! 微辣更加提升左帆立貝本身既甜味! 唔錯~然後到大廚出場喇! 佢將會煮以下既海鮮俾我地食!

建議食既次序由右手邊開始: 海膽啫喱 > 南瓜凍湯 > 蘋果醋浸日本蕃茄仔
凍左既海膽質感結質D, 感覺唔似食海膽但又有少少海膽味, 好得意!
南瓜凍湯好甜!! 入口仲幾順滑~ 好好味!
日本蕃茄仔上面仲有金箔! 靚到唔捨得食~ 酸酸甜甜好開胃!

上多道前菜: 合桃木煙薰帆立貝!

香煎金鯛魚: 甘荀汁做底配上紫蘇花, 顏色同賣相好吸睛! 好喜歡紫蘇花既香味, 有少少似梅子既味道~

南非鮑魚好生猛, 俾我地食之前係仲郁架~最後再用小瑤柱淆成生海苔蟹肉羹, 配切片鮑魚上菜。
鮑魚好好食! 大廚用檸檬、昆布同鹽去蒸焗, 煮緊既時候已經聞到非常香!

食落質感非常爽彈, 而且味道一D都唔會淡, 除左海鮮本身既咸香, 仲有其他材料既香味, mix埋一齊味道非常出色! 海苔蟹肉羹連埋入晒味既冬瓜一齊食, 都好夾好好味!

超級大隻既虎蝦, 仲長過我手掌, 望落已經好厚肉流晒口水!
師傅將蝦頭烤脆, 蝦身就用牛油煎香, 再以酸酸地既荷蘭汁(白酒加醋煮成)伴碟

蝦肉非常鮮甜! 牛油調出蝦肉本身既香味, 係絕配既組合, 蝦身仲要超級厚肉地! 彈牙程度係好似食龍蝦咁! 蝦頭香濃, 脆卜卜~ 呢道菜師傅上菜既時候以食用花伴碟, 擺得靚靚仔仔~ 簡直係視覺同味覺上享受!

等食下一道既時候上左香梨雪葩, 呢個雪葩都唔簡介, 好清甜, 好似食左原粒既香梨咁! 食完即刻清左口腔肉膩感~

推介食法係先試原味, 然後再點海鹽、Wasabi
或者連蒜片一齊食! 點樣食都好好味!
私心推介點wasabi食, 會減低少少本身牛肉既油膩感!

食到呢度已經飽飽地, 跟住師傅炒埋個和牛蛋飯~ 又係好好食!
D飯軟綿綿, 每粒都被蛋包圍充滿和牛同蛋香! 就算飽都忍唔住一啖接一啖食晒!
