To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實食過好多間燒肉,但係都係覺得牛角最好。我哋通常食開Level three嘅,因為價錢最抵嘅質素亦都比較高~雖然排隊嘅時間真係會比較耐,所以我都通常係三四點嘅時候去食,通常唔使排特別推介要食佢嘅牛脷同埋牛肋骨,雞方便就要嗌雞髀肉,豬就一定要是豬頸肉!海鮮方便就會推介多春魚同埋佢嘅墨魚骨都好得意~小食方便就一定要是炸蝦炸雞軟骨炸雞同埋芝士年糕~甜品方面,當然要是晒佢啲雪糕。同埋一定要試吓佢嘅朱古力大福!仲有綠茶雪糕糯米糍~仲有另外一個隱藏食法,就係可以要一杯熱紅茶,再加上佢哋嘅北海道牛乳雪糕好好味!
