To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每個月都必吃，吃到有會員會藉。會員可以系APP取票不會到門市取，相對時間不用等太久，尤其是有列車的門市，網上取票我真的快捷很多呢每次必叫的單點為粟米壽司，蟹籽壽司，芥末八爪魚壽司，赤海蝦壽司，元氣卷，玉子壽司，焰燒皇帝蟹棒壽司，前菜八爪魚等等另外熱點包括烏冬及燉玉子大約幾個月前還有焰燒左口魚裙邊壽司，但不久前已沒有再賣了太可惜燉玉子，烏冬與粟米壽司必是兒童首選。玉子內的冬菇味十分香濃，蛋十分之滑，還痛帶子肉和蟹柳在裡面，十分出色！
