年尾食餐好之OZAKAYA嚐鮮套餐☺️有別於一般日式餐廳,呢度坐得闊落有情調。另外每晚七點開始,每一小時都會有一杯free sake去到十點🍶最啱酒鬼🙃Cocktail都好出色。我地揀了Kimono和Shiso Mojito,前面Shiso Mojito用紫蘇葉取代了一般的薄荷葉,好爽好fresh! 是我至愛!先有用紅紫蘇鹽焗過的枝豆和崎玉縣果糖蕃茄作前菜,之後的季節時令刺身壽司也完全不馬虎。宮崎武士蠔、深海池魚、鱆紅魚和拖羅打開頭炮,而壽司就用上赤身、金目鯛、鮫鰈魚和海膽,絕對有omakase 的質素🍣煙燻牡丹海老經過櫻花木燻唔後,配上帆立貝和青蘋果,份外清新。海膽多士底下的法國牛油麵包甜甜地,一口食完好滿足。和牛他他配上阿根廷青醬及蘿蔔絲,有點點異國風情的感覺🥰之後的車海老和日本野菜天婦羅都好正!炸漿好薄,而且車海老好彈牙!主菜甘鯛立鱗燒和A5和牛西冷(+$188),立鱗燒配上了蕃茄尼泊爾咖哩醬,幾特別!最後有和牛高菜御飯,飯粒飽滿,有淡淡舞茸的香味,實而不華。甜品是自家製北海道牛奶脆片和牛奶雪糕🍨
