Restaurant: The 5B Private Corner

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 慢煮豬好淋,配蘋果蓉同芥辣籽醬。芥辣籽醬好夾,蘋果蓉解膩。薯件都好好食,大舊外面少少脆脆地,蔬菜都無灼菜的怪味,甘荀好甜。燒雞,好香,皮脆唔乾鎖到汁。都係配蘋果蓉。Parma Ham今次係蜜瓜波波,加沙律菜同醋。靚。老公鍾意Parma Ham配沙律菜,沙律菜新鮮爽脆配咸咸地Parma Ham.雪糕同cheese cake都好好味, cheese cake唔係好甜。依度啲食物都係無咁咸,無咁甜,啱我地口味。仲充滿人情味幫我哋的甜品畫碟。仲叫左個白酒燉雪梨。以前只食過紅酒燉雪梨。白酒燉雪梨係凍,配雪糕,好靚,有加八角同肉桂,可以增香同平衡雪糕既涼?因為肉桂有暖身作用。
