突登下午茶時段嚟都幾多人,喺店員細心講解下要咗"掛鍋拌蛋烏冬",臨煮烏冬前廚司都一再確認個烏冬係無湯的,可能有太多人以為有湯,其實每款烏冬都係圖介紹幾難唔知。等食其間見到製烏冬機(??)應該每日都喺呢部機製烏冬,即場都可以買生烏冬,見有位太太好以好中意呢到既烏冬,係咪問買完應該點整先好食。終於等到烏冬嚟,粗、煙韌、彈牙、幾好咬,烏冬胡椒味重但又唔會令你抗拒,真係幾好味,食完都想再叫多碗,可以一試。
