好大雨之際喺天后入左呢間日本料理餐廳食晚飯,其實呢度都幾容易揾,天后地鐵站出左地面沿著電車站往炮台山方向行,見到幾層樓咁高嘅行車天橋,呢間日本料理餐廳就喺喺呢條行車天橋下面了。叫左每天限量30碗,價值$88嘅鯛魚湯烏冬,其中可以喺十款配料中(安格斯牛肉丶五花腩丶豬軟骨丶炸單骨鷄冀丶芝士腸丶竹輪卷丶娃娃菜丶蟹柳丶金菇丶腐皮)㨂兩款,食肉獸嘅我就揀左安格斯牛肉同埋五花腩,上枱時成碗烏冬熱辣辣,奶白色嘅鯛魚湯底魚味十足,食烏冬之前我先大啖大啖咁飲左幾啖魚湯暖吓個胃,跟著就大啖大啖將安格斯牛肉同埋五花腩放入口食。餐牌上見到有串燒白鱔魚,即刻叫左一份嚟食,因為真的喜歡食又厚肉又彈牙嘅鱔魚,果然上枱時肉質肥美之餘,連魚皮亦燒得脆卜卜。
