To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知係咪好多人同我一樣，好鐘意食譚仔，要係呢間黃色招牌嘅譚仔雲南米線，每星期都要食一次。最近下載左佢哋個app 真係超級方便好用，介面設計直接易用，可以自己落單唔駛等姐姐。豬膶墨丸番茄3小辣鐘意食譚仔原因之一就係豬膶，佢哋煮到岩岩好，唔會全熟咁上碗，熱湯會慢慢將豬膶再整到熟，咁客人食既時間就岩哂。土匪雞翼雞翼肉汁仲保留到，好味到5隻都唔太夠四川青椒皮蛋呢個小食最正係加埋芫荽一齊食。譚仔有咁多分店，總有一間係附近真係方便！
