每月一次的同事飯局,經朋友介紹,浩浩蕩蕩14人。食我最喜歡的潮州菜,真的有點驚喜,值得推介大家去試。由經理發辦,寫傳統潮州菜,如滷水四宝拼盆有:鵝片、鵝肝、墨魚鵝腸,錦繡良緣四喜拼盆:炸雙棗、炸粿肉、普寧豆腐、荷包白鱔湯,冰鎮花甲,凍馬友魚,蠔餅,脆皮雞,沙嗲牛肉芥蘭,單尾糖醋麵,蠔仔粥,炒飯等等。為了座得舒適一點,品嘗美味潮州菜,我哋特意包廂房,收費價錢合理,我個人認為滷水做得很出色,尤其是滷水鵝肝及鵝腸,鵝肝軟綿綿,肉質幼滑甘香,入口即溶,配合入口爽脆鮮明的肥鵝腸,口感簡直滿載而歸。有水準。所以大家點菜時,不妨聽聽店長推介傳統美食。
