打冷係我其中一個至愛,間唔中都會掛住呢啲咁地道同有特色嘅食物~ 今日呢間係我一向幫襯開嘅潮豐。✿ 臘味煲仔飯 ($78)即叫即煲,所以要早啲落單,上枱之後要再焗多3,4分鐘先食得!焗好之後煲仔飯有飯焦,飯份量都夠晒兩個人食。餸方面有齊臘腸、潤腸、臘肉、臘鴨,臘味嘅香味滲晒落米飯度,好邪惡但好好味!👍🏻😋✿ 煎蠔仔餅 (細 $88)蠔仔都幾新鮮,粉漿唔係好多,而且炸得幾鬆脆。叫細份有兩件份量啱啱好,整體蠔餅好香口~✿ 滷水鵝($105)今日嘅滷水鵝比較近骨位,無咩肉食同埋瘦啲。記得之前有滷豆腐墊底,依家無咗了🥲✿ 椒鹽鮮魷($108)份量都幾多,唔會太厚粉,不過可以再炸得脆口啲~ 另外我覺得椒鹽味道唔係好夠,只有少少炸蒜係面。

蠔仔都幾新鮮,粉漿唔係好多,而且炸得幾鬆脆。叫細份有兩件份量啱啱好,整體蠔餅好香口~
